Returns a paginated audit log of policy changes (create, update, whitelist modifications, etc.). The caller's identity (derived from the Bearer JWT) is used to scope results to their own policies.
Optionally filter by a specific policy UUID and/or a time range. Both start and end must be provided together if used.
