Parameters

tx- string - The signed transaction (typically signed with a library, using your private key).
encoding- string (optional) - Specifies the format of the signed transaction. Can only be hex when a value is provided.

Returns

txID- string - The transaction hash, or the zero hash if the transaction is not yet available.
