eth_getTransactionCount

Returns the number of transactions sent from an address.

Supported on Avalanche C-Chain (mainnet) only.

Parameters

  • address - The address you want a transaction count from.
  • quantity or tag - Integer block number encoded as a hexadecimal, or the string 'latest', 'earliest' or 'pending'.

Returns

  • result - Integer number of transactions sent from an address encoded as a hexadecimal.
